Ja ako v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fd poradca v\u00e1m viem poradi\u0165 \u010do sa t\u00fdka zdravia sama som to sk\u00fasila na sebe zmenu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu nako\u013eko som m\u00e1vala roky zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my \u010do sa t\u00fdka pankreasu tzv. pod\u017eal\u00fadkovej \u017e\u013eazy. V poslednej dobe pomal\u00fdm krokom si zvyk\u00e1m na veg\u00e1nstvo lebo tento \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl je dos\u0165 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd a nie ka\u017ed\u00e9mu by som to odpor\u00fa\u010dala .Ja som \u010d\u00edtala u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fa literat\u00faru napr\u00edklad v\u00fd\u017eiva pod\u013ea piatich elementu a pod. Piatich\u00a0elementov sa zaober\u00e1 stravou zalo\u017eenou Jank a Jin . Zdravom tele zdrav\u00fd duch zdie\u013eate zdrav\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 chutnu\u010dk\u00e9 zelen\u00e9.
